He's a hero of the past,

and a man of the future.

He's worked hard all of his life,

and built his reputation pure.

We've all had our problems,

and he's helped all of us,

time and time again,

without any fuss.

He's my grandpa the great,

he's the best in the land.

I couldn't have gotten one better,

my grandpa the grand.

He's got medals from the war,
